This hotel is located in a quiet area of Riva, just 300 metres from the lakefront. It is a 10-to-15-minute walk from the resort's centre, and very close to a selection of shops, bars and cafes.

The hotel, which is air-conditioned from mid-June to mid-September, has a bar and lounge area, a breakfast room, a sauna, a lift and a 24-hour reception. The hotel also has a garden, which surrounds the swimming pool and sunbathing area.
